Running stats for the week of
November 5th - November 11th.... this week I decided that I was going to wait until the weekend to get all my running in. The weather was suppose to be awesome and I was trying to avoid the treadmill as much as possible. I got most of my running in, but dang... putting 10 miles on my legs in 3 days with no rest days in between. Definitely not the brightest idea.
Monday, November 5th, 2012 - REST DAY!
Tuesday, November 6th, 2012 - Ab Ripper X / 50 push ups / Stretch
Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 - REST DAY!
Thursday, November 8th, 2012 - Ab Ripper X / 50 push ups / Stretch
Friday, November 9th, 2012 - 3 mile run
Saturday, November 10th, 2012 - 3 mile run
Sunday, November 11th, 2012 - 4 mile run
Total miles for the week : 10 miles
