Running stats for the week of
March 19th - March 25th... I had good runs this week. My legs and lungs are feeling stronger with every run I do. There were times this week when I felt I could go longer, but I get scared of pushing too hard and getting injured. I know my body and that I need to build up gradually or else I'll regret it. Most of my runs were done at night this week because it was in the high 80's during the day. I absolutely LOVE night time runs. Everything is so peaceful and quiet. I never run with music at night because I feel I need to be more alert of cars, animals, and just everything in general. There's something special about having no music when you run... you can listen to your foot fall, your breathing patterns, and everything else around you. It's always a nice break from music in your ear :)

Wednesday, March 21st, 2012 - 3.63 mile run
Thursday, March 22nd, 2012 - Stretch / Ab Ripper X / 40 push ups
Friday, March 23rd, 2012 - REST DAY!
Saturday, March 24th, 2012 - 4 mile run
Sunday, March 25th, 2012 - 3.25 mile run
Total miles this week : 10.88 miles
