This year he wanted a 5.11 Fleece Tactical Jacket for his F.A.C.T Team call outs.
Basically, you buy it and then you patch them up with your departments logos. Dan was afraid with winter coming that they would run out of these soon, so he used some of his money allowance through work and bought it before Christmas. UHHHHGGGG!
Next on his wish list was.... Ammo... seriously...
If any of you know people who own weapons you also know how freakin' expensive ammunition is. I don't mind getting this for him for Christmas... but how un-Christmas like. YUCK!
Recently, he has been asking for a knife that he can use at work....
Okay... yes, this would be fine, but the man has about 5 other knives he has for work purposes!!! Why do I want to get him something that he already has.
Why can't I be married to someone who wants normal things!!!!

At least he gives you ideas! I ask Matt what he wants and he says, "I don't know. I don't really need anything." And that's all I get. Ugh, men.
My cop husband says he doesn't want anything! I searched everywhere for something "cop" related for him. I found the coolest thing- "Cool Cop". He would hook it to his AC vent in his cruiser and it goes inside his vest and keeps him cool in the hot summers down here. Unfortunately, it's only for Crown Vic model cruisers! So he can't use it :( Bummer.. I have no clue what to get him. And I agree- ammo is not Christmas-y at all.
My hubby asked for a wallet he can keep his badge in. Other than that, I totally get where you're coming from! My hubby has never wanted normal things.
Actually, I think it's felt like Christmas every week around here for him for the last few months with all the police gear he's ordered online! Gosh, it just keeps appearing! :)
