Things have been crazy around here and my blogging has gotten a little behind so I'm forced to play catch up and do two posts in one! I have not been able to get hardly any running in with all that has been going on. However,  I have been trying my best to sneak a few short runs in when possible. Work, school, and life in general has been overwhelming. Sometimes I forget what it is like to take a little time for myself or do something fun with my family. It can be extremely draining to constantly be working, studying, or just trying to stay ahead of the game. I'm pooped :( So here you go. Two weeks of stats in one post.

Mileage Monday

Running stats for the week of October 6th - October 12th... I have felt absolutely exhausted this week so once again I didn't do any working out. I was also on vacation so my step count is way lower than normal since I spent a ton of time just laying around and resting. I seriously got nothing done this week beside sleep. I'm a little concerned I have lost some of my endurance, but it is what it is. I did do pretty decent on my water intake and I had zero coffee this week, which was torture, but I did it.

Running stats for the week of September 29th - October 5th... another hectic week! If you recall I was in charge last week while my supervisor was out on vacation. I made it through, but boy am I so thankful my reign is over with. Now I just have two days this week and then I'm off on my own mini vacation for seven days! WOOHOO! So as you can probably guess I didn't do so well on my running and I drank Starbucks and pop like it was my lifeline. Oops! Hey I had to have something to keep my going. But you had better believe I got a ton of steps in this week from walking all over Aspen Trace :)
