Mileage Monday

Running stats for the week of October 6th - October 12th... I have felt absolutely exhausted this week so once again I didn't do any working out. I was also on vacation so my step count is way lower than normal since I spent a ton of time just laying around and resting. I seriously got nothing done this week beside sleep. I'm a little concerned I have lost some of my endurance, but it is what it is. I did do pretty decent on my water intake and I had zero coffee this week, which was torture, but I did it.
