Running stats for the week of July 7th - July 13th... I got 2 actual good runs in this week with zero pain during the run... now afterward is a little bit of a different story but for the most part I'm feeling really good. I did go out and get a knee brace for my left knee and am looking forward to seeing if that makes any difference this week. Some of my new co-workers are trying to talk me into doing the Monumental Half Marathon in November, but I'm still on the fence and don't want to do anything stupid. If I do any races I will be signing up last minute that is for sure!
