Mileage Monday

Running stats for the week of July 21st - July 27th... It's been an awesome week! I feel like my old self again. I have been running pain free and it is an amazing feeling! I also started my PIYO workouts and I really feel like they are helping to stretch me out and benefiting my runs. I have been trying to get runs in before I even go to work, but I'm not a morning person so it's tough. I will continue to SLOWLY keep increasing runs as long and I stay pain free. Goodness... I missed feeling this way :) YAY!
