Mileage Monday

Running stats for the week of March 14th - March 20th... Too many rest days this week and not enough workouts. I've been trying to set goals of how many days a week I want to run and do strength training. So far I have not been hitting them. I am however feeling more in shape and that is something. All I can do is continue to push myself a little more each week :) Ready for summer to get here and stay here!

Tuesday, March 15th, 2016 - 1.5 mile walk with Roarke, Remi & Dan / 2.3 mile run / Stretch

Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Friday, March 18th, 2016 - 1.87 mile walk with Remi / 2.43 mile stroller run / Ab Ripper X / Pushups / Squats / Stretch

Saturday, March 19th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Sunday, March 20th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Totals for the week : Ran 4.73 miles / Walked 3.37 miles / 2 strength training workouts
