Mileage Monday

Running stats for the week of February 4th - February 10th... I felt kind of blah at the beginning of the week... not sick... just not really great. I took it easy as much as I could and by the middle of the week I was feeling better. I missed my long run this week, but was happy that I got three solid 5 mile runs in. I wish warmer weather would come our way... but it doesn't look like that is going to happen yet! I'm starting to despise the treadmill!

Thursday, February 7th, 2013 - Ran 5 miles... outside... 53 degrees... nice weather for February / Walked 2 miles with Remi

Friday, February 8th, 2013 - Ran 5 miles... treadmill... @ 1% incline

Saturday, February 9th, 2013 - Ab Ripper X / Weights / Stretch / Ice

Sunday, February 10th, 2013 - Ran 5 miles... treadmill... @ 1% incline

Total miles ran this week : 15 miles
