Mileage & CrossFit Monday

Running stats and CrossFit WOD's for the week of October 28th - November 3rd... this time of year is always hard for me workout wise. The weather is getting colder, the days are getting shorter, and I begin to have less and less motivation to do anything but snuggle up in bed. I'm trying to change that this year so I don't lose all the endurance and muscle I gained during the summer, but it is so hard!!! As you can see I've already fallen victim to laziness this past week :(
