Mileage & CrossFit Monday

Running stats and CrossFit WOD's for the week of August 12th - August 18th... I have definitely fallen off my healthy eating lately... I find that I'm a lot more easy on myself and allow more cheats than I should. Hopefully I'll do better this upcoming week. Lots of salads, fruit, and water!! I'm hating myself for not getting more running in last week because the weather was amazing. Goal for the upcoming week is to at least get 3 good runs in! Oh... and I can't wait to see what CrossFit has in store for me :)


Monday, August 12th, 2013 - Warm up : run (400 meter), 15 dips, 30 push ups / Strength : bench press (55#) and pendlay rows (55#) / CrossFit WOD : sumo deadlift high pull (35#) and push press (35#) (21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3) - SHOOT ME NOW!

Tuesday, August 13th, 2013 - REST DAY - had hair appointment

Wednesday, August 14th, 2013 - Warm up : run (400 meter), three 30 second hand stand holds, 30 jump squats, 75 situps / Strength : front squats (70#) / CrossFit WOD : 12 minute AMRAP (12 box jumps (20'), 9 burpees, 6 knee ups) ... 5 rounds

Thursday, August 15th, 2013 - Warm up: snatch progressions / Strength : 10x2 pressing snatch balance / CrossFit WOD : 5 rounds (200 meter run & 200 single jump rope)... 20:01 minutes... my left calf muscle has been cramping up since this workout... BLEH!

Friday, August 16th, 2013 -  REST DAY!

Sunday, August 18th, 2013 - Ran 5 miles / Stretch
