CrossFit WOD's for the week of
May 12th - May 18th... This week put a damper on any running plans I had with the cold rainy weather we had. BRRRR! When is it going to get warm and stay warm? The change in temperatures irritated my knees and I spent most days and nights with them aching horribly. So instead of running, I focused on easy CrossFit WOD's that I could do at home. Kind of boring and not too challenging, but it seemed to work out well since my schedule was insane and I would not have had much time to get a run in. I sure am ready for summer to arrive!
